About
Meet Jake
Jake's Junk Away is a local Oakdale business. When you call or text, you deal with Jake, and Jake and his crew do the job.
Why every load gets sorted
A lot of what gets hauled off still works: furniture, appliances, tools. Jake donates what still works, so it gets a second home instead of a trip to the dump.
Working items are set aside and donated instead of going on the dump pile.
What happens to your stuff
Every load gets the same question first: can this be used again?
Still works
Furniture, appliances and household goods that still work are donated.
Carried out for you
Inside the house, upstairs, the garage or the backyard. Jake and his crew do the carrying and loading.
Everything else
Recycled where possible, and only what's left is hauled to the dump.
How a job goes
You text a photo or call. Jake prices by the cubic yard and tells you the cost up front, and nothing starts until you say yes. Then he carries it out, loads it up and hauls it away.
